AICUP Member Preferred Pricing Program: Regenerative Space - Informed Decision Making with an Aged Building

Many campuses are faced with buildings that are no longer a desirable place to be. For many we often refer to these buildings as “That Building”. We can honestly say “That Building” has many Campus Planners, Facilities Directors and Campus Architects now facing the fact that these facilities have lived beyond their useful life and in all reality lack responsiveness to 21st Century teaching, learning and living expectations.

At Highland Associates we have helped our clients to embrace and realize well designed and cost-effective campus improvement. By working with what you have, our goal is to make the most impact given your financial resources and our ability to reshape spaces to create exciting, responsive and engaging places.

Highland Associates will assist your campus in meeting the challenge of bringing “That Building” back to a useful life without incurring the expense of a full campus master plan. The Highland Associates program was designed to:

  • Understand your building’s constraints (code, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural)
  • Explore, envision, and develop solutions as opportunities for the building to embrace the college program
  • Support a capital campaign by providing all materials utilized in establishing the proposed solution
  • Provide a rough order of magnitude cost estimate
