Through a program offered with Health Advocate Inc., AICUP members may offer their employees a service that provides personal assitance on an ongoing, unlimited basis for all health care issues, both administrative and clinical. This includes covered and non-covered needs for the employee and family members. This service is objective, privacy-protected and independent of any connections to insurance carriers and providers. It provides a way to help employees use health care services - without the hassle, stress and inordinate amount of time usually involved - and saves money for the college by reducing medical plan costs.
