Personal Health Advocacy Program
Through a program offered with Health Advocate Inc., AICUP members may offer their employees a service that provides personal assistance on an ongoing, unlimited basis for all health care issues, both administrative and clinical. This includes covered and non-covered needs for the employee and family members. This service is objective, privacy-protected, and independent of any connections to insurance carriers and providers. It provides a way to help employees use health care services — without the hassle, stress and inordinate amount of time usually involved — and saves money for the college by reducing medical plan costs.
Health Advocate also has a Benefits Gateway/Dashboard that allows you to monitor compliance with important employee health related activities and allows the advocate to engage your employees in moving along the continuum of care and engage in important services and use resources you provide.
